Pricing Policy

(All prices below include GST and are in Australian dollars.)

Student Sessions in Sydney:

- $7.70 per student per session if there are less than 100 students attending the session.
- Price is reduced to $6.60 per student per session if you have over 100 students attending the session.
- Price is reduced to $6.60 per student per session if you book 2 sessions for your year group in the school year.
- Minimum charge is for 50 students (making the minimum charge $385).
- If you run two different sessions on the same day, the cost would be 6.60x2=$13.20 per student.
- If you run three different sessions on the same day, the cost would be 6.60x3=$19.80 per student.
- If you decide to split the year group and repeat a session two or three times, the pricing will be $6.60 per student with a minimum charge of 50 students for each repeated session. There is no additional charge for the extra time the presenter will spend at a school - we offer this service as a courtesy to our customers!

- Schools that book in advance, every year group, for sessions over a condensed period of time, will be given a special package price.

ELES availability for schools outside the Sydney Metropolitan area is decided on a case by case basis. If the travel time is greater than one hour from the city centre, additional travel costs may be applicable.

 

ELES joint presentations with Human Connections:

2 presenters attend and run a session with half of the group (usually Year 10,11 or 12) then swap over:
- Full day program $19.80 per student (minimum charge 100 students)
- 2 session program $13.20 per student (minimum charge 100 students)

 

Sessions outside of the Sydney area:

- The cost is $6.60 per student per session (incl. GST) for a minimum charge of 100 students.
- Once a year ELES runs sessions in Melbourne and Brisbane and offers these student sessions at a flat rate of $660.
- 1.5-2 hour Parent/Student Evening $990.
- If a school wishes to run a session with each year group, a staff session and a Parent/Student Evening, package pricing is available.

 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations 3 weeks before the session cancellation charges do not apply.

If you then cancel between 3 weeks before the session up to a week before the session and do not book in an alternative date for later that year a third of the estimated session fee will be applicable.

For sessions cancelled (and not rescheduled for later that year) less than a week prior to the session, half of the estimated session fee is applicable.
